I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was super clean and cozy, the staff was friendly and quick to address any issues. The location was perfect, right across from the Great Lakes Outlet Mall. The dining experience was decent, although I wasn't a fan of the disposable polystyrene plates. Overall, a nice place to stay with good value for money.

My stay at the hotel was such a mixed experience! The rooms need some detail attention but were luckily clean and conveniently located near a shopping mall. I really appreciated the bidet and toilet seat warmer, though. The staff was great, from the maids to the front desk and even the breakfast lady, very helpful. The location was spot on, right next to the largest outlet mall in Michigan, even though it was a bit of a bother to visit the front desk. The dining was hot and fresh, with a good mix of options, although it was really busy. Facilities were good overall, but not without some hair clumps on the floor.
